About
Ten years ago, Stephanie Sharp packed a suitcase and moved from Australia to New York City in search of new adventures. Several years later, she settled in the Hudson Valley where the rolling hills are reminiscent of her hometown (the weather less so).
Old Souls was founded in 2021, when Stephanie bought an abandoned train station, overgrown and on the brink of collapse. She’s loved trains since childhood, so naturally the next step was to buy a caboose. Then a former schoolhouse came up for sale just down the street, and was added to the collection of unique old buildings.
Join us as we restore these forgotten places, preserve their history and share spaces to make new memories.
