In 2016, Stephanie Sharp packed a suitcase and moved from Australia to New York City in search of new adventures. Several years later, she settled in the Hudson Valley where the rolling hills are reminiscent of her hometown (the weather less so).

Old Souls was founded in 2021, when Stephanie saw an abandoned train station for sale, overgrown and on the brink of collapse. She’s loved trains since childhood, and after 15+ years in the tech industry, Stephanie is well-versed in solving hard problems to create something special. Soon she added a caboose to the property, and purchased a former schoolhouse just down the street.
